Join us for the sixth biennial edition of Le Mans Classic held on 6, 7 and 8 July 2012 on the ground of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

For three days, you will experience some of the most beautiful collector / race cars competing on the full 13.65 km Le Mans Track and relive the glorious hours of the mythical 24 Hours. Car owners, gentleman drivers and spectators can experience what it must have been like to race these cars on this circuit.

In addition to the competition, you will share a convivial moment in a unique atmosphere bringing together Gentlemen Drivers, budding young drivers, clubs and exhibitors, such as the Village, the manufacturers displays, the auction and the race areas.

The event consists of a series of races for cars, which have competed at the 24 Hours of Le Mans or for similar cars of the same model in the past 60 years. The cars are divided, according to their period, into six grids (groups), which follow each other three times over on the track to offer day and night races to each car and their drivers.

The qualification sessions and races are flashbacks to the great moments of a legendary motor racing event with 500 competing race cars dating from 1923 to 1979.

• Grid 5 : 1966-1971
• Grid 6 : 1972-1979

Owners of those museum pieces do not hesitate to race their cars for the enjoyment of the spectators. For example, the prize for the rarest car in the 2010 event was awarded to the 1962 Ferrari 330 TRI LM.

This event has also become the largest collector cars gathering in the world with 8,000 cars on display such as 1,600 Porsche, 550 Ferraris, Aston Martin, etc. of all vintages.

In a friendly atmosphere, activities are never ending and overlapping for kids and grownups; men and women; automobile enthusiasts should they be knowledgeable or novices ...

On the track
A non-stop intensive ambience guaranteed with:

• The qualifying sessions
• The day & night 3 x 90 minutes competition for each grid over the weekend.
• The various club and manufacturer displays and parades

In addition, you will have the opportunity to drive a lap of the actual 13.65 km closed 24 hours track or ride as a passenger. (* Must be booked in advance. Additional cost applies*).

Off the track
You will be staying at our exclusive 4 star castle-hotel, (where we have reserved all the rooms in the main castle), located just 10 minutes from the famed circuit. Private shuttles will run all days (and almost all nights !) to different parts of the tracks, including the Mulsanne straight, the Hunaudieres, etc.. Dinners at the Auberge des Hunaudieres right along the track and the famous Legend Café guarantees an unforgettable experience.

In the Paddocks
Your VIP pass will give you full access to the paddocks where you will be able to approach those legendary cars, and talk with the owners and mechanics.

The Club Enclosures
Over 1,600 acres to tell, through some 8000 cars, the automobile story.

In the village
